In 1998, Michael formed MSD Capital, now DFO Management, a private investment firm that exclusively manages the capital for the Dell family. And in 1999, he established his family foundation, the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation, with the mission of building pathways that change lives throughout the world.

Michael is an honorary member of the Foundation Board of the World Economic Forum and is an executive committee member of the International Business Council. He is also a member of the Technology CEO Council and the Business Roundtable. He serves on the advisory board of Tsinghua University’s School of Economics and Management in Beijing, China and on the governing board of the Indian School of Business in Hyderabad, India. He is Chairman of the BDT & MSD Advisory Board, and also served as the United Nations Foundation's first Global Advocate for Entrepreneurship. Michael is the author of two books, Direct from Dell and Play Nice But Win.

Rene was appointed Chief Executive Officer and to the Arm Board in February 2022. Prior to being appointed CEO, Rene was President of Arm’s IP Product Groups (IPG) from January 2017. Under his leadership, Rene transformed IPG to focus on key solutions for vertical markets with a more diversified product portfolio and increased investment in the Arm software ecosystem. In addition to his role as CEO, Rene also sits on the boards of Arm China, AstraZeneca, and SoftBank Group.

Rene joined Arm in October 2013 as Vice President of Strategic Alliances and two years later was appointed to the Executive Committee and named Arm’s Chief Commercial Officer in charge of global sales and marketing.

Before joining Arm, Rene held several applications management, applications engineering and product engineering roles, including seven years at NVIDIA as vice president and general manager of its computing products business. Prior to NVIDIA, Rene held executive roles at Scintera Networks and Tensilica.

Rene is based in Silicon Valley, U.S., he also spends significant time in the major technology centers of the UK, Europe and APAC.

Rene earned his Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Clarkson University and is a graduate of the Stanford University Graduate School of Business Executive Education Program.

Jim Anderson was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Coherent Corp. and a member of the Board of Directors on June 3, 2024. He previously served as a director and as President and Chief Executive Officer of Lattice Semiconductor Corporation since September 2018.

Prior to joining Lattice, Mr. Anderson served as the Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Computing and Graphics Business Group at Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (AMD). Prior to AMD, Mr. Anderson held a broad range of leadership positions spanning general management, engineering, sales, marketing, and corporate strategy at companies including Intel, Broadcom (formerly Avago Technologies), and LSI Corporation. Mr. Anderson has served on the board of directors of Entegris, Inc., since March 2023, and he currently serves on the board of directors of the Semiconductor Industry Association. He previously served on the board of directors of Sierra Wireless from April 2020 to January 2023.

Mr. Anderson earned an MBA and Master of Science degree in electrical engineering and computer science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a Master of Science degree in electrical engineering from Purdue University, and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Minnesota.

Karan Batta is Senior Vice President of Product at Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). He is responsible for strategic product initiatives including GPU, AI and Multicloud. Karan’s organization also supports OCI’s largest and most strategic customer’s ensuring that OCI is delivering the right services and features to those customers as well as implementing the operational workflows necessary to make Oracle’s customers successful.

Karan joined Oracle in 2017 as one the of first members of OCI working to define the core product portfolio including compute, storage, and networking. He has held many roles within OCI that expanded OCI’s product portfolio, including leading roles running compute, GPU, platform features, multicloud products, and OCI’s GTM strategy.

Prior to joining Oracle, Karan worked in the core engineering team at Microsoft as part of Microsoft Azure Compute where he worked on AI infrastructure such as GPUs and FPGAs along with managed batch services. Prior to Microsoft he was an early part of a startup called GreenButton in New Zealand that provided visual effects services on multiple cloud providers. GreenButton was acquired by Microsoft. With over 18 years at Samsung, Cho has held leadership roles in Korea and the US. He founded the Memory Solutions Lab, pioneering innovations like in-storage computing and multi-streamed solid-state drives, which are now industry standards. Cho also led server-class SSD software engineering and security initiatives. Previously, he spent nearly a decade in academia as a professor at the University of Pittsburgh, focusing on computer architecture. Kevin O’Buckley is senior vice president and general manager of Foundry Services at Intel Corporation. In this role, he is responsible for driving continued growth for Intel Foundry and its differentiated systems foundry offerings, which go beyond traditional wafer fabrication to include packaging, chiplet standards and software, as well as U.S.- and Europe-based capacity.

Prior to joining Intel, O’Buckley  was senior vice president of Marvell’s Compute and Custom Solutions Engineering teams, developing advanced technology chips for infrastructure applications including artificial intelligence and machine learning, 5G wireless, and data center compute and networking. While at Marvell he also served as senior vice president and general manager of the company’s ASIC business, and he was a member of the board of directors at Marvell Government Solutions, developing semiconductor solutions for aerospace and defense customers.

O’Buckley joined Marvell as part of its 2019 acquisition of Avera Semiconductor, where he served as chief executive. He has also held various executive engineering and business leadership roles at Global Foundries and at IBM, where he served for more than 17 years leading technology development and manufacturing organizations.

O’Buckley received a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Alfred University and a Master of Science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Vermont.

As head of Corporate Strategy and Development, he works across the business groups and functions to manage the company’s strategy development process and operating rhythm. His responsibilities span key functional groups including corporate strategy and marketing, communications and public affairs, government relations, and facilities. In addition, he oversees teams that are incubating new strategic capabilities and growth opportunities for the company.

Mr. Holtam started at Applied as a New College Graduate in 1997, working in product development and management roles in the Semiconductor and Energy and Environmental Solutions groups before joining the corporate staff.

Mr. Holtam earned his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Surrey, UK, an MBA from Henley Business School and has been awarded nine patents.

Prior to Workday, Aneel held a number of leadership positions at PeopleSoft, including vice chair of the board and senior vice president responsible for product strategy, business development, and marketing. In addition to his role at Workday, Aneel is an advisory partner at Greylock Partners, a leading venture capital firm that he has been associated with since 1999, and he is a member of the Board of Trustees at Stanford University. service, strategy, sales engineering, and product management. He has been awarded annual executive
leadership awards and received industry awards including Fierce Telecom’s “Rising Star of Wireline”. Prior
to T-Mobile, Mr. Fitz worked at GE in Network and Data Security roles after completing GE’s prestigious
Information Systems Management Program.

Mr. Fitz was awarded his MBA from the University of Maryland and earned his bachelor’s degree in
Computer Engineering from Bucknell University. Mr. Fitz serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors for

Durga is a senior member of IEEE and holds 517 USPTO granted patents. He is a recipient of Qualcomm’s IP Excellence Award, Qualcomm Distinguished Contributor Award for Project Leadership, Qualcomm Upendra Patel Achievement Awards for Outstanding Contributions, and Distinguished Alumnus Award from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. He serves on the CTIA Board of Directors and AI Governance Alliance Steering Committee at the World Economic Forum.

Durga holds a B.Tech (’93) from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, M.S (’95) and Ph.D. (’98) from UCLA, and an AI Graduate Certificate from Stanford (’23). His Ph.D. dissertation is on adaptive estimation and filtering techniques, and his research interests include artificial intelligence, signal processing, communication theory, and quantum computing.

Prior to OpenText, Berry was Vice President, Product Management at Dell EMC, where he was responsible for the content management product portfolio. He led all SaaS, mobile, web and on-premises products, including Documentum, Captiva and other enterprise productivity applications and was part of the executive team responsible for acquisition of Documentum by OpenText.

Before Dell, Berry served in product and engineering leadership roles at Intuit where he led the development of advanced products, such as wearables, mobile and intelligent systems. Earlier, he was Vice President of Product Management at Empowered Inc., acquired by Qualcomm, where he defined the vision and direction for the industry’s first mobile-only social learning platform on the iPad, through a partnership with UCLA.

He led the company’s product and platform strategy, setting the company’s long-term vision and roadmap for cloud content management in the enterprise. He transformed Box from a single product application to a multi-product platform used by 100K customers representing 69% of the Fortune 500. The discipline, quality standards, performance metrics, and stability Jeetu instilled fueled the platform’s growth – nearly quadrupling revenues to $700M+. Box’s growth scaled to reach over 60M users with over 50% of customers using multiple products. He also created the Box Platform business unit where he led product strategy, marketing and developer relations – driving products from incubation stage to mature offerings.

Before joining Box, Jeetu was General Manager and Chief Executive of EMC’s newly acquired Syncplicity business unit, a cloud service for Enterprise File Sync Sharing (EFSS) and collaboration. One of the first SaaS-based solutions offered by EMC, Jeetu spearheaded the company’s acquisition. He created a world class leadership team, secured some of the market’s largest customers and led the group to become one of the fastest growing EFSS companies in a highly competitive market. Other key roles at EMC included CMO for the Information Intelligence Group and Chief Strategy Officer, where he drove the organic and inorganic strategy for the division’s cloud and mobile growth.

Previously, Jeetu was President of Doculabs, a research and advisory firm co-owned by Forrester Research. The firm focused on collaboration and content management across a range of industries including financial services, insurance, energy, manufacturing, and life sciences.

He currently serves on the boards of JLL, an American commercial real estate services company, and Equinix, Inc., a digital infrastructure company.

Sangyeun “Paul” Cho serves as President of Samsung Semiconductor and Corporate EVP of Samsung Electronics, responsible for Samsung's U.S. semiconductor business, which includes Memory, Foundry, and System LSI. 

With over 18 years at Samsung, Cho has held leadership roles in Korea and the US. He founded the Memory Solutions Lab, pioneering innovations like in-storage computing and multi-streamed solid-state drives, which are now industry standards. Cho also led server-class SSD software engineering and security initiatives. Previously, he spent nearly a decade in academia as a professor at the University of Pittsburgh, focusing on computer architecture. Cho holds a Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota and a B.S. from Seoul National University.

Before Dell, Berry served in product and engineering leadership roles at Intuit where he led the development of advanced products, such as wearables, mobile and intelligent systems. Earlier, he was Vice President of Product Management at Empowered Inc., acquired by Qualcomm, where he defined the vision and direction for the industry’s first mobile-only social learning platform on the iPad, through a partnership with UCLA.

He led the company’s product and platform strategy, setting the company’s long-term vision and roadmap for cloud content management in the enterprise. He transformed Box from a single product application to a multi-product platform used by 100K customers representing 69% of the Fortune 500. The discipline, quality standards, performance metrics, and stability Jeetu instilled fueled the platform’s growth – nearly quadrupling revenues to $700M+. Box’s growth scaled to reach over 60M users with over 50% of customers using multiple products. He also created the Box Platform business unit where he led product strategy, marketing and developer relations – driving products from incubation stage to mature offerings.

Before joining Box, Jeetu was General Manager and Chief Executive of EMC’s newly acquired Syncplicity business unit, a cloud service for Enterprise File Sync Sharing (EFSS) and collaboration. One of the first SaaS-based solutions offered by EMC, Jeetu spearheaded the company’s acquisition. He created a world class leadership team, secured some of the market’s largest customers and led the group to become one of the fastest growing EFSS companies in a highly competitive market. Other key roles at EMC included CMO for the Information Intelligence Group and Chief Strategy Officer, where he drove the organic and inorganic strategy for the division’s cloud and mobile growth.

Previously, Jeetu was President of Doculabs, a research and advisory firm co-owned by Forrester Research. The firm focused on collaboration and content management across a range of industries including financial services, insurance, energy, manufacturing, and life sciences.

He currently serves on the boards of JLL, an American commercial real estate services company, and Equinix, Inc., a digital infrastructure company.

Chris earned a B.S. in Computer Engineering with Highest Honors from the University of Illinois. As a National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellow, he pursued advanced studies in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the same institution. To date, he holds more than 10 issued patents.
